Manchester, NH [July 1, 2017] - Trenton used two bases-loaded triples and rolled to a 13-4 win over the Fisher Cats in a rain-shortened contest on Saturday night at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.
The Thunder (51-28), in first place in the Eastern League's Eastern Division, used a Jorge Mateo three-run triple in the second inning, part of a five-run frame, to erase an early 3-0 lead for New Hampshire. Mateo also added an RBI single in the fifth inning to finish 4-for-4 with four RBI.

The Fisher Cats scored three times in the bottom of the first inning. Jonathan Davis reached on a hit-by-pitch ahead of consecutive RBI doubles by Richard Urena and Danny Jansen. Tim Lopes singled to drive in Jansen to make it 3-0 against Thunder starter Yefri Ramirez (8-3).
Conner Greene (4-6) took the loss, allowing nine runs on five hits. He walked a career-high eight batters for New Hampshire (32-47).
Ryan McBroom added an RBI groundout in New Hampshire's third inning.
