Manchester, NH - Despite another strong outing from top pitching prospect Sean Reid-Foley, the Fisher Cats offense was limited to two-run homer by Harold Ramirez in a 4-2 loss on Tuesday night at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.
Reid-Foley pitched a season-high five innings for the second-consecutive start, scattering four hits with three walks and three strikeouts. He left the game with a 2-0 lead, but handed the ball to Dusty Isaacs with the bases loaded and nobody out in the sixth. A Jake Cave sacrifice fly and a Miguel Andujar RBI single tied the game at 2-2, and top Yankees prospect Gleyber Torres blasted a two-run homer in the eighth inning to make it 4-2.
Trenton starter Yefry Ramirez (W, 5-0) retired the first eight and final 11 batters he faced, with Gunnar Heidt recording the only multi-hit game for New Hampshire. Trenton closer Cale Coshow (S, 9) recorded his fifth save in five tries against the Fisher Cats this season.
