Sunday's Game Suspended
Weather called game to be finished July 17th.
Manchester, NH [April 29, 2018] Sunday afternoon's game between the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Blue Jays Double-A affiliate) and Trenton Thunder (Yankees Double-A affiliate) has been suspended due to wet grounds.
The game will be completed as part of a doubleheader on July 17, starting at 5:05 p.m. at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. Sunday's game entered a rain delay in the bottom of the third inning after a lead off walk to Fisher Cats first baseman Gunnar Heidt. The Thunder have a 3-0 lead, thanks to RBI singles from Ryan Lidge, Vince Conde and Mandy Alvarez.
The July 17 doubleheader will start with the completion of Sunday's suspended game, and the teams will play through nine innings. Game 2 of the twin bill will be a seven inning game. Fans with tickets to Sunday's game can redeem them for any other Fisher Cats regular season home game in 2018.
The Fisher Cats welcome the Reading Fightin' Phils (Phillies Double-A affiliate) to Northeast Delta Dental Stadium for a three-game series, starting on Monday at 6:35 p.m. For tickets and information, visit NHFisherCats.com or call (603) 641-2005.
