Maple Syrup - Maple Candies
Since 1921, the Bisson family has provided the best in maple products, including taffy,
maple butter and syrup. The tradition continues today, as Bisson descendants Muriel and Lucien
Blais produce sweet delicacies in the French Canadian tradition. Come enjoy the sights, sounds
and aromas of the working sugar house constructed in 1953. The sugaring season runs from late
March to the beginning of April, but their flavorful products are available all year long.
