The town of Eaton is located south of
Conway on the Maine border. It sits on
Crystal Lake, and accessed by Route 153.
Home to the Snowville neighborhood, Snowville is famous for "
The Little White Church," a non-denominational house of worship. It is often rented for poetry and fiction readings, concerts and chamber music.
The village of Snowville is named for the Snow family, who started a saw mill there in 1825. "
Waukeela", a summer camp for girls, has been in Eaton for over 90 years.
