Center Ossipee, NH - The Ossipee Main Street Program's park project came to fruition just days ago with the erection of a beautiful 14' x 28' white Amish Gazebo. Three Amish Gazebo company personnel drove up from Pennsylvania with all the pre-made parts in tow and assembled them on site. The process took about three days.
The Ossipee Main Street Program worked hard for 18 months to raise the needed $30,000. Fundraising included a few small events, letters, and the sale of pavilion bricks.
A few things yet need to be done to bring the project to completion. While
erected and structurally sound, the gazebo still needs an ADA compliant ramp, steps, landscaping and for the electrical wiring to be completed. Once finished there will be lighting and power for musicians, Christmas decorations, etc.
To raise those last few thousands of dollars promotional bricks are still available, and a gazebo ornament was commissioned. A brick, suitable for memorials, celebrations or congratulations will set you back $50. Their awesomely cute ornaments would look lovely on any Christmas tree and are available for $20.
